Hoodia, one of the popular “ diet supplements of the day” has mixed reviews. Some love it and claim to have lost a lot of weight while taking it, and others have seen no difference. Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a fatty acid derived from safflower oil and may help burn fat deposits.

Many also believe increasing your fiber intake will help naturally burn fat. Since increasing it with foods alone is difficult, many opt for a fiber supplement to help increase their fiber.

Although we all wish we could take a diet pill and shed pounds instantly, that is not realistic. Taking diet supplements have help control your appetite and maybe even help your body burn more fat, but it still boils down to diet and exercise to lose (and keep off) weight!
